What Can Be Engraved?

Most of our jewellery can be engraved. However, certain designs are not suitable due to their size or shape.

*If you're unsure whether your chosen piece can be engraved, please contact our Customer Service via Whatsapp or visit any Vinstella retail store for assistance before placing your order.

How to Fill Out the Engraving Form

When placing your order, simply complete the engraving section by:

  • Entering your desired engraving text.
  • Selecting your preferred font.
  • Double-checking all spelling, dates, punctuation, and capitalisation before submitting.

  • ⁠Letters & Numbers (A–Z, a–z, 0–9)
  • ⁠Chinese Characters (简体/繁体)
  • Supported Symbols:
    Infinity (∞), Heart (♡), Star (☆), Flower (❀), Crescent Moon (☾), Center Dot (•)

✗ What We Cannot Engrave

Other emojis, icons, special symbols, or unsupported foreign scripts. These will be automatically removed from the design.

*Please note that engraving will be completed exactly as entered. We are unable to take responsibility for customer-submitted spelling or formatting errors.

Engraving Charges

Engraving is available at an additional fee. The engraving charge will be displayed during checkout or advised by our team if you are engraving your jewellery after purchase.

1–6 alphabets = RM30

7–12 alphabets = RM50

Replating & Re-Engraving

If your jewellery undergoes replating in the future, the original engraving may fade or be removed during the process.

Should you wish to have the engraving restored after replating, a new engraving service will be required and the applicable engraving fee will apply.

Returns & Exchanges

As engraved jewellery has been personalised specifically for you, all engraved items are considered final sale.

Once a piece has been engraved, it is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
